Terms of Service

catchupai.io provides a unified customer communication platform including an omnichannel inbox, AI voice receptionist, and AI agents. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription period.

You must be at least 18 years old and a business entity or sole trader to use catchupai.io. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must not use catchupai.io to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam)
• Violate applicable laws including UK GDPR
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Share access credentials with unauthorised third parties

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP. Prices are as shown at catchupai.io/pricing. Voice minutes in excess of your plan allowance are billed at £0.30/minute. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Our AI agents generate draft replies and responses on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent to your customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all customer data you bring into the platform. We process it solely to deliver the service to you.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. Support is provided via email at support@catchupai.io with a target response time of 1 business day for Growth and Pro plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clack Labs AI Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to by law. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account (Dashboard → Audit Log → Delete all data).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
